DMA and the Middle East Association (MEA) are delighted to organise the Libya Reconstruction & Investment Forum on 26th January 2017 on behalf of the Libyan Investment Authority (LIA).
The Forum is the first major international event to focus on the immense potential, and urgent need, for reconstruction and investment in Libya and will cover a range of potential opportunities in Libya, with a particular focus on infrastructure, energy and the financial sector. It will also cover pressing issues around rebuilding Libya’s civil society, healthcare and welfare systems
The Forum will match international investors and businesses with opportunities in Libya and discuss potential co-investment opportunities with the private sector and the LIA on key infrastructure and business projects. Plenary sessions, outlining Libya’s reconstruction and investment priorities, will be complimented by a series of breakout sessions on key sectors and on efforts to strengthen governance, enhance security and revitalise civil society as critical components of Libya’s reconstruction agenda.
