Project 1 will be developed on a build, own and operate basis, and comprise of at least two individual power production farms, each with a maximum capacity of 100 MW. The project will be backed by an extendable 20 year concession agreement and at the end of the concession, the ownership of the power farm may be transferred to the MEMRE.
