Guided by BOCA’s maître’D and sommelier, MESIA members are invited into the wine cellar for a BOCA food and wine tasting menu. 8 wines from Spain, Italy & France are carefully paired with 8 BOCA signature dishes made to share. It starts with a Spanish sherry and ends in brandy and cheese and includes BOCA’s signature amberjack crudo, roasted duck and black rice with scallops and clams among others, all made to share.
