Solplanet Strengthens MENA Footprint with 150 kW Inverter Launch, MoU Signing & Global Sustainability Recognition

150 kW Inverter Unveiled at Solar & Storage Live Middle East
Solplanet marked a major regional milestone with the official launch of its new 150 kW three-phase string inverter at Solar & Storage Live Middle East 2025, held in Dubai. Designed for large-scale commercial and utility projects, the inverter delivers high efficiency, advanced cooling, and robust durability suited for MENA’s demanding climate conditions.
Over two days, the new model drew strong interest from developers, EPCs, and energy planners, many of whom are accelerating rooftop and ground-mounted deployments across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and North Africa.
“This inverter reflects our response to the region’s growing demand for high-output, high-reliability solar hardware,” noted Hüseyin Büyükkbektaş, Regional Director MENA at Solplanet.
Strategic MoU with Eminence Renewables
Coinciding with the product launch, Solplanet signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Eminence Renewables, signaling a long-term partnership to scale hybrid solar and storage projects across the Middle East.
The collaboration aims to accelerate deployment of hybrid solar systems, as well Solplanet’s portfolio, combining inverters with intelligent energy storage to meet rising regional demand for grid resilience, particularly in industrial and commercial zones.

Global Recognition: EcoVadis Silver Sustainability Medal
Adding a powerful sustainability narrative to its technical achievements, Solplanet’s parent company, AISWEI, was awarded the Silver Medal by EcoVadis in 2025, ranking in the top 10% of 150,000+ companies globally evaluated for ESG performance.
The independent audit scored AISWEI highly across:
- Environmental management
- Labor & human rights
- Ethics
- Sustainable procurement
This recognition not only enhances brand credibility but also supports MENA developers pursuing green finance and ESG-compliant procurement, especially for projects backed by international institutions.
A Growing MENA Presence
These developments follow Solplanet’s recent DEWA certifications and strong regional showings at World Future Energy Summit (WFES) 2025 and Morocco Solar Meet 2024, reinforcing its transition from exhibitor to embedded partner.
With high-performing inverters tailored to desert conditions, an expanding network of strategic alliances, and validated ESG credentials, Solplanet is positioning itself as a serious enabler of MENA’s clean energy transition.
