Marc Norman is a Dubai-based lawyer at Chadbourne.

Marc’s practice focuses on project finance and acquisitions in the power sector. Marc is currently advising on the financing of four PV projects in the first round of Jordan’s direct proposals process and on a round 2 project bid.  He recently advised a developer consortium on its bid to develop a 100 MW PV project in Dubai.

Marc regularly writes about solar power-related topics, with a focus on legal developments affecting solar power market stakeholders.

Marc was MESIA’s Marketing and Communications Director for two terms, leading the organisation’s shift from the Emirates Solar Industry Association to MESIA.
